Well, it's finally happened. Nine Inch Nails are to be inducted into the 2020 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on May 2, 2020.

The 35th Annual Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, presented by Klipsch Audio, will take place on Saturday, May 2, 2020 at Public Auditorium in Cleveland, Ohio. The Ceremony will be broadcast live for the first time on HBO on May 2nd at 8 p.m. ET. Performances and special guests and Induction Week programs will be announced later.

Tickets go on sale to Rock Hall members on February 25th and to the public on February 27th at 10 a.m. ET at ticketmaster.com or by calling 800-745-3000.

Rob Sheridan is doing a charity auction for the Australian wildfires.

Here are the four items, descriptions by Rob:

Auction 1: A 28" x 40" 2-sided original printer proof sheet from the outside cover/back of the 2000 NIN Fragility 2.0 tour book I designed/photographed. A few were sent to me by the printer to approve colors, they're likely the only copies in existence

Auction 2: A 28" x 40" 2-sided original printer proof sheet from the interior of the 2000 NIN Fragility 2.0 tour book I designed/photographed. A few were sent to me by the printer to approve colors, they're likely the only copies in existence

Auction 3: A 28" x 40" 2-sided original printer proof sheet from the interior of the 2000 NIN Fragility 2.0 tour book I designed/photographed. A few were sent to me by the printer to approve colors, they're likely the only copies in existence

Auction 4: A rare 18" x 24" promo poster I designed for NIN's 2000 album "Things Falling Apart." These were never sold commercially.


All items are personally signed by Rob, and 100% of the proceeds will go to wildlife rescue and rehabilitation in the catastrophic Australian climate change wildfires. eBay doesn't support int charities, so he’ll post the donation receipt on his Twitter feed when the auctions are done.

On the final night of 2019, we shared news from The Nine Inch Nails Live Recording Archive of a holy grail of a collector's package they received: a DAT (admittedly, heavily damaged) purported to have the final recording of The Nine Inch Nails as described in TH MNHTTN PRJCT bonus materials, as well as additional background on the recording, and some leftovers from the merch booth.

After careful consideration, Ryan at NIN Live has decided to put these last five remaining posters up for grabs. These are not for sale, and I understand that if they do end up on eBay, you risk intervention from shady government agencies. They are being made available for free to five lucky people. All you need to do is provide your name and email address.

As has always been the case here at The Nine Inch Nails Hotline, once a drawing is made, the collected emails are discarded. Your information will never be sold, and the only communication you have the potential to receive is whether or not you've been drawn at random.

We'll be collecting entries until January 10, 2020, when we will draw the winners. Duplicate entries will be discarded, so don't bother risking that.
