Ansan Valley Rock Festival 2013 setlist

There were a couple of surprises at Nine Inch Nails' performance at the Korean festival in Ansan, and I'm really hoping to get some of these changes at the Made in America festival stop. Reflecting in the Chrome's twitter account retweeted this photo from @_joden of the actual printed setlist from the performance. If you click on the link and then feel an overwhelming sense of shame, don't blame me - you're just being weird.

Photos from NIN's Fuji Rock performance

Fuji Rock Express 2013 has posted photos from NIN's performance. Check them out here: https://fujirockexpress.net/13/?p=3695

Of course, there are spoilers so don't look if you don't want see stage set up and lighting. Thanks to deconstructer for posting this to ets.

If it's a setlist you want...

...we'll point you to a couple of places to look, rather than post it here, because I know some of you are trying to hold out until you see the show. Two great resources for live Nine Inch Nails information are Reflecting in the Chrome, the live NIN archive, and the aptly named NINTourHistory.com, where you can sign up and mark off the shows you've been to, which songs you've seen how many times, and other data-derived stats. You can also follow them on Twitter - Reflecting in the Chrome (RITCNIN) and NIN Tour History (@nintourhistory).

Can't watch the Japan stream? Here's a proxy.

If you don't know how to set a proxy up, there's a webpage for that. MrCallahan tweeted a link to this proxy which I plugged into my Firefox advanced settings, and it's working great so far. Good luck!

Tour shirts show up on Instagram

There's at least two shirts going on sale in the merch booth at the Ansan Valley Festival in Korea, featuring the 2013 festival tour dates on the back, and one of two designs on the front. One of them might be spoilerific, so rather than embed them inline, I'm going to do this the old fashioned way, with trusty anchor tags.

Here's a shot of both shirt fronts, and the back, and a tragically upside down NIN logo sticker.
The front of this shirt is similar to the Hesitation Marks pre-order shirt I failed to order before it sold out. Sonofabitch.
This shirt hints at visuals we may be in store for during the tour.

A photo of the merch booth in Japan just turned up, showing several more shirt designs.

Nine Inch Nails hits the stage in Japan in eight hours. Big thanks to Hyunji Choi for sharing!

Spoiler Alert: New York Times jumps the gun

A day before the opening of the Nine Inch Nails tour, the New York Times has run its interview with Trent Reznor - which you should skip out on if you want to avoid spoilers about the production on the first leg of the tour. Trent talks a bit about the new album as well.

Not wanting to miss out on the action, an editor at Rolling Stone made RJ Cubarrubia write a book report on the NYTimes article. Which I just summarized on my news site that I refuse to refer to as a blog.

In twelve hours, Alessandro Cortini, Ilan Rubin, Josh Eustis, Robin Finck and Trent Reznor take the stage at Fuji Rock. If you're not able to watch the live stream, keep an eye on the NIN forum at echoing the sound where someone inevitably will post a rip from the stream.

NINE INCH NAILS streamed live

Tomorrow at 8:30am EST you can tune in to the 2013 FUJI rock fest youtube channel to watch the entire NIN set streamed live! This will be the first NIN live show since 2009.
