There's no shortage of blockbuster hard-rock CDs this summer (Audioslave, System of a Down, Weezer, Foo Fighters), and they're all pretty good. But Trent Reznor's first album in five years hits the hardest while offering some of the moodiest NIN moments to date. If 93X starts blasting "You Know What You Are?" to car stereos, fear the road rage.
